Solid UI and easy to navigate, my main problem is the fact that there are only three EQ bands... that's nowhere near enough.

The title says it. The Bose QuietComfort ULTRA 2 NC Bluetooth headphones have improved in every way: comfort, look, sound, NC, and user-friendliness. My Bose are my solid favorite headphones.

Headphones simply won’t connect when the app is installed. Had to install to ensure headphones connected to the phone consistently.

Terrible Customer Service
I’ve had the soundbar 700 for years. I never use the remote. All of a sudden, I can’t use the app and the remote. Both are unpaired and I need at least one to get the other to work. I’ve contacted support, just an AI that keeps saying the same thing. By the way it’s not the WiFi, it’s the product.

It’s says too go to settings and to turn on allow Bluetooth settings and when I go to settings there is no option to do so so I’m not able to connect my sound link se…. Frustrating….
Integration is awful
Daily battle trying to group all of my products together with Spotify. Bluetooth/wifi Handoff is trash. And all my devices cannot be linked at the same time.

BOSE AND APPLE PRODUCTS WILL NEVER EVER WORK WELL
So here the thing APPLE DEVICES NEVER EVER WORK WELL WITH THERE COMPETITORS….This is no secret. Bose needs to stop relying on apple products for there products to work they can build a basic android based device to control there HOME products like soundbars etc without using apple…they WILL ALWAYS FAILas long as they rely on apple to make there products work reliable. The second thing is why does anyone need to connect to the internet or wifi for there headphones or any other device to work so STUPID and just asking for trouble with there customers. There are many variants of routers and internet service providers something is bound to go wrong And finally alot of people who are having wifi issues needs to use only the 2.5ghz bandwith on there router if you don't know how call your internet provider…this will solve the majority of connectivity issues..

The Bluetooth delay is gone, the response time is much better, love the new app. Just upgraded from the old sound link system to the new sound max pair. Software is so much better now!!!
