Remove feature
If you have the new Bose UC Ultra 2 don’t update the software on the headphone. You lose a shortcut feature where you can assign it to advise the battery level. Now WTF Bose you remove a feature that I use when I go travelling.

For the love of Bose’s
I have other Bose speakers but none of the other ones allow you to play music and still take a phone call without trying the music off. I have one definitely wanna get another one so I can put them in party mode
Why doesn’t my SL Plus have Voice Prompt?
When they did an update in March and took away voice prompt that was a very bad decision. Please bring back voice prompt so I can know where my battery level is at amongst other things. It’s very frustrating that I have to go to the app every time I want to check my battery level. Other than that, it sounds great. Also, it would be great if I could see battery level on my iPhone widget.

Doesn’t Work
After being robbed of being able to use the sound touch app we thought we’d give this a go - doesn’t find the Soundtouch 10 / 20 or 30 so don’t waste your time.
A little unnecessary but good
The bose app does what it needs to do-it connects your Bose items. And it does it well! But it feels a little unnecessary. I think it I just connected my headphones to Bluetooth ig would have been okay too. Nevertheless, I am happy with the Bose app it just doesn’t need to be there

Muy buena aplicación. Se conecta rápidamente con mis dispositivos Bose y permite controlar todas las funciones de forma sencilla. La calidad del sonido es excelente y la configuración es muy fácil. Muy recomendada.
Indestructible Headphones
Not really about the app, but the quiet comfort headphones are literally indestructible. These headphones fell out of my bag onto the middle of the road while I was biking and I watched them get run over by a car going 40 km/h. After I picked them up, The audio quality and parts were completely fine. The only thing that changed were the tire marks on them.

Why remove the battery level information
I’ve been using this app for just under a year. Initially, I would hear the battery level on turning on the speakers. With the latest update to the speakers, this feature was removed. It would be of great use to be able to see the battery level on the app. I can see it when am linked to my computer so the information is available.

No noise cancelling
Waste of money on a product that used to work but updates keep making it worse. Planned obsolescence.
Latest updates completely broke connectivity. I'd like to use my headphones but they play no sound even when connected sometimes (the active stream is silent), obviously I checked volume levels on both the device and headphones and turned it off and on again. Very disappointing. My old beats still connect fine but this has had nothing but issues, for months. Every week it seems like something else comes up - crackling noise, lack of noise cancelling, lack of sound, inability to connect or switch to a device. Overpriced for how many issues there were. The app is the problem because it's what keeps changing all the time.
My macbook takes over the active steam and i can no longer just play something from the second connected device to activate the stream on that device which used to work automatically. It's an iPhone so should work fine. When my Mac is switched off and not in use, it will claim active stream again so i have to keep removing it over and over again.
Planned obsolescence? I want to use my headphones.
When I'm on calls, noise cancelling is disabled as the device switches to hands-free. Makes no sense to me to have noise cancelling headphones that don't noise cancel. I use these at work in a busy and loud office and I hear everyone around me louder than the person I'm talking to. This is working fine on an older windows machine and i get noise cancelling when in a call so it is possible. My old Beats earphones are better.
I'd like to be able to control which driver is used so I can choose to not use hands-free.
When noise cancelling is active for music these are great. I wish my devices switched automatically when I connect but it's buggy lately. Or there should be a toggle to switch active device in addition to connecting toggle. In the sources part of the app.

Wish the EQ was a 7 slider style but the speaker itself sounds great so overall 8/10
Horrible battery usage
This app is single handedly draining my battery every day, it makes no sense. I hardly even open the app even then it’s doing something in the background. Background refresh is disabled if anyone is wondering.

Bose app removed functionality from device
Super upset that the app updated my Bose QuietComfort Ultra Gen 2 headphones in a way that removed functionality with no warning or recourse. When I got the headphones they would announce what they were connected to and I could toggle without the app. Now thats no longer the case and Bose insists it’s an “update” and will no acknowledge they have made the product worse.

Connectivity issues
Multipoint connection is a great idea but unfortunately it has an implementation issue which makes the user experience unacceptable. If you pair 3 devices the app will randomly connect to any of them. My phone seems to have the lowest priority. This forces me every time to manually disconnect one of my laptops before I can connect my phone. 1 star because for the price of the headphones this is unacceptable. I could ofcourse permanently disconnect one of my other devices but this is also no good solution since I use them often.
