Great organizational and Positive Response tool. Provides the big picture of all received tickets. Great for ticket management.

Worst locating app I’ve ever been forced into using from any and all locate companies, please delete it all, it might actually be useful at that point.

Good program - couple suggestions
Great program - worlds better than Irth/Korweb - incredibly responsive support team - easy to use app and great online reporting/tracking options.
It would be great to see the following options added.
1) live location on the ticket overlay map.
2) offline maps
3) secondary servers in the case primary goes down
4) the ability to reschedule a ticket with any of the extended response options. (You can do it now it’s just a few extra steps)
