Itron Security Manager (ISM) Tenancy FDM Tools server can now accommodate separate customer Business Units pointing to unique tenants in a shared Itron hosted ISM. Valve Command: Restrict Field Tools now supports the Valve Restrict task for the Itron Cellular 500G and 500W in Mobile and Network modes. Carrier Support for Cellular Intelis Gas meters Field Tools has added carrier support, both Verizon and AT&T CAT M1, for Cellular Intelis Gas meters, in both Mobile and Network mode.

App frequently crashes when scanning ERT with camera. App also freezes occasionally when selecting option from drop down menu. Please fix.

Constantly have to re download app

If you do not use the app for a period longer than two weeks you have to delete and re download the app for it to work properly. If you try to sign in it repeatedly sends you back to the login page. If you change your credentials it still does not work. The operation of the app itself is also finicky when you are actually able to access it
