App frequently crashes when scanning ERT with camera. App also freezes occasionally when selecting option from drop down menu. Please fix.

Constantly have to re download app

If you do not use the app for a period longer than two weeks you have to delete and re download the app for it to work properly. If you try to sign in it repeatedly sends you back to the login page. If you change your credentials it still does not work. The operation of the app itself is also finicky when you are actually able to access it

People have been telling you for years that the security token is broken and you have to delete and redownload the app. Are you guys that incompetent that you can’t fix it? Or do you just not care about your customers? Terrible company.

We believe the user is mistaking the required token re-authentication every 14 days for a need to re-install the app. This is not true. The app does not require re-install every 14 days; however, the user must re-authenticate their security token. This is a security feature of the app. If the user feels it is necessary to re-install the app every 14 days, they should contact Itron Customer Support through their normal channels to discuss and understand how to avoid re-installing the app.

Never works when you need it to.

Constantly being signed out and credentials/SSO not handshaking with app. Seen more competent applications from bad crypto startups.

Token issues

Works great for 2 weeks and then it makes to login again and never is able to retrieve a new token. Delete, download, login! Tired of having to do that process every 2 weeks. Can this please be fixed ASAP

Delete and reinstall

Have to delete and reinstall the the app every 2 weeks or so. When you try to authenticate it will not allow you to do so until you delete the app and reinstall. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Especially when you use the app on a daily basis and it tells you that you have not used it in 2 weeks.

Make it so I don’t have to reinstall it every 2 weeks. I don’t care about the token authentication. Every 2 weeks I can try and log in and it won’t let me unless I remove the app and add it back

Needs to be reinstalled every 2 weeks

App requires me to update my security token every two weeks otherwise it is not usable. This is ridiculous. I have to delete it and reinstall every 14 days. This is not just my experience, everyone of my coworkers have to do this as well.

Authenticate token

Have to reinstall app every 2 weeks. There’s no way to get it to reauthenticate the token when all it does is tell me to sign out all over again. It’s just a continuous unneeded cycle

Here I am again asking for the token authentication to be fixed so we don’t have to delete and reinstall every time. It’s annoying!

Authentication circles

Every 14 days, employees have to get the program backdoored to work as it prompt sign in, authentication, sign in repeatedly. They should t have to close and open an app and sign in seven times to get a read for walkby. Poor cell service area and this app is totally useless. For the price of equipment, this app is a slap in the face.
