Locate arrow
Well you guys finally updated the app again, and shocker you broke another thing. When I click on the dig box, I cannot press the locate arrow. This being very inconvenient to my job.

It seems every time this app is updated. It gets worse and worse tickets reopen after I close them and sometimes pictures are gone as well. Also since the newest update this app crashes constantly especially after uploading pictures and when I reopen it sometimes they’re gone and sometimes they’re there. This is really frustrating. Please update the app the right way. Instead of making it look updated. STOP UPDATING THE APP AND MAKING IT WORSE THEN IT EVER WAS PLEASE

Cross connection?
Why is that I can’t just close a ticket on the app? Whenever I do it, it never updates on the website version. And even if it does, it’s never really closed on the website. I find it counter intuitive that the phone app and website aren’t interconnected. Please fix this.
Updates always make things worse
The most recent update to fix the maps not loading unless you go and reapply the layers every time now just makes the maps not show up at all no matter what you do! Does anyone test these “fixes” before they go live?
