All of my info/rewards earned were lost!!
I earned 12 rewards over time (a lot of money seeing as you earn 1 reward for every $100)… Spent $993 recently and looked for it to update my rewards (because you get $100 credit if you earn 16 rewards) but the app was just showing a white screen after my appointment. It kept showing that over and over so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Then I could access my page again and it said 12 rewards still. It should have updated to, from my understanding, a LOT more than 12 after spending $993 … Now it shows zero. There’s no more history of my pets or their appointments and their pictures are gone as if I’ve never used the app. Sigh. Deleted the app. Pointless. :(
