Good idea, but room for improvement
The app is obviously tied to the Botell water bottle. So if you have already purchased the water bottle you have no other choice but to use the app. The app itself works well with the water bottle the only real thing I dislike about this app is its unable to share / write data to the apple health app. If it could write data to the apple health app I would have given it a 5 star review.

Needs more options
Mostly happy with the app. Only thing is that I wish there were an option that you could add any water you’ve drunk that wasn’t from the bottle to the total, otherwise it always looks like I haven’t drunk enough through the day.

Add water?
It would be good to have the option to add your own glasses of water to the daily tally that don’t drink through the bottle (eg when out at a cafe). The Hydrate Spark bottle has this functionality and is a great app

Best water bottle I have ever invested in! I love the notification reminders to drink and the app is so easy to use!
The reason this is not a 5 star review is because I NEVER allow location services on apps 24/7 - only when using the app so my battery doesn’t drain unnecessarily.
The app is annoying - I don’t want location services enabled 24/7 and everytime I open the app; I’m greeted with an irritating “reminder” to “Always allow” location services. I should be able to not have that enabled without being reminded EVERY TIME I open the app!!

Lacklustre
Website shows watch use, it’s merely a push notification.
Bottle syncing is slow and frequently in accurate.
Have not received one glow reminder even though they are set to 15mins. I even sat it directly in front of me and avoided drinking just to see… nothing.
Lastly, and the biggest drawback, no health integration.
I’d return it if I could.
