Quenched! Finally getting water ❤️
Before using this app, I was honestly terrible about drinking water. I could go most of the day barely drinking any at all. I set the reminders for every 30 minutes, and surprisingly, they really work! Having that little reminder pop up throughout the day keeps me drinking consistently, and I’m actually reaching my daily water intake goal now.
I also love the cat! It’s super cute, and there’s something oddly motivating about making sure the cat is sitting in water. It turns something as boring as remembering to drink water into a little game. Most importantly, the app does what I downloaded it for. The reminders are reliable, I’m drinking way more water than I used to, and I’m no longer walking around feeling thirsty all the time.
I do wish the cat had a little more personality. It would be fun if it talked to you, made jokes, gave encouraging messages, or had more things you could interact with as you reached your goals. That would make the app even more entertaining and give you another reason to keep coming back. But overall, it’s doing a great job at the most important thing: getting me to actually drink my water!

супер приложение, оно бесплатное и можно добавлять свои напитки, самостоятельно на них указывать уровень гидротации, это прекрасно просто, реклама есть, но ее мало, может раз-два в день
