Glitch at level 26??

My newly 5yr old son LOVES his Botzee robot and he’s been excited to make his way through the original game. However we keep getting stuck at level 26. There are not enough command tiles to go through with the action required (shake to trigger bark) we’ve tried all of the possible combinations of the 3 tiles offered and the play button doesn’t turn green/it doesn’t let him run the sequence :(

He’s sooooo sad and just keeps starting the game over and hoping when he gets to level 26 it works this time.

We’ve updated the device (iPhone 7) to latest iOS, updated the Botzee firmware and now I’m at a loss :(

Like battle bots but for kids!  ‍‌‌

I got 2 of these, one for my year old and one for my 8 year old. They both created their own creature and then rammed them into each other. They laughed so hard. Great product‍
