Glitch at level 26??
My newly 5yr old son LOVES his Botzee robot and he’s been excited to make his way through the original game. However we keep getting stuck at level 26. There are not enough command tiles to go through with the action required (shake to trigger bark) we’ve tried all of the possible combinations of the 3 tiles offered and the play button doesn’t turn green/it doesn’t let him run the sequence :(
He’s sooooo sad and just keeps starting the game over and hoping when he gets to level 26 it works this time.
We’ve updated the device (iPhone 7) to latest iOS, updated the Botzee firmware and now I’m at a loss :(

Like battle bots but for kids!
I got 2 of these, one for my year old and one for my 8 year old. They both created their own creature and then rammed them into each other. They laughed so hard. Great product
I love it!
I am awe struck by how cool Botzees AR is.
Ar is super cool
Its like its not there, but then you look through the ipad and it is there! awesome.
Great app
This app is great! The directions to build the robots are extremely kid/parent friendly. The step by step instructions s are clear and I love to be able to rotate the robot being built in 3d and every direction. You can build the robot, manually control it or play the game which teaches you to code. The play feature does go to 30 levels which is more than enough to learn how to both build and code. I would buy this robot one million times over again for my four year old daughter.

Stuck at level 30
My family enjoyed playing with this but there is a bug that won’t let you progress to level 31. You finish level 30 and it says you proceed to build another robot but then it takes you back to level 30. Keep in mind getting to level 30 only represents about an hour of playtime. This seems like a great concept but the company should not continue to sell this toy with a bug like this. They haven’t updated the app in 6 months so I’m not hopeful this will ever be fixed.

Abruptly ends
The story the kids play through ends on step 30 with no explanation that it is the end. I had to reach out to support to find out it was the end and that something was not broken. So besides the time I wasted trying to figure out how to get to a non existent step my son really enjoyed it
Level 30
The game locks out on the 30th level and unfortunately our son cannot continue to “code” past this level. Mind you, the game goes by really quick. The game gives you an impression there are more levels... We also emailed the company for feedback...............waiting to hear ANYTHING from them. Great game to “learn” to code...but lets get serious...no further development or stimulation is available past level 30.

Wanted to rate it higher, needs an update
It’s pretty good and I’d give it 5 stars but it needs more things to build. At least twice as many. Also, the remote control feature only allows you to drive and not operate the other pieces.
Great hardware but bad app
The hardware is promising, lot of impressive features like Bluetooth audio. AR supposed to be an awesome tech, but it’s hard for kids to make playing area themselves.
And those photo recgonization dose not really work.
We just started few stages I feel it’s not going to be something that kid can learn by themself, like Lego Boost, it require adult with good computer knowledge and try and error, or trained older kid to draw a play area for sure.
I hope they can do better in next robot with much better app.

Does not work
We update out device, install app, but still nothing works. We got error message any way and as a result, we can press bluetooth button. Don’t waste time and money. Buy something else. Disappointment for a kid
So unstable
Really, really disappointed in this. The actual product is £100 and you need this app to control the robot. Whilst the bot is well made physically the app isn’t intuitive enough and needs resetting so often it’s near unusable. My child is already bored trying to deal with it’s glitches and he’s had it about 30 hours. Considering returning it. Also can’t get one of the remote units to work

Terrible App
The “Play” mode doesn’t work across multiple devices. Fix this or I’ll be asking for my money back.
App issues
The kit itself is great, and after some time we got it working on iPhone. The app won’t work at all on iPad. We tried on two different iPads. It is a gray screen on one, and the other apparently “doesn’t support AR” used in the app, even though it installs and opens before giving us that message. Fix the app please!

Great experience
Really fun game for my kids, beside actively playing around the room they also learning to code!
Updated latest IOS app still give error
Website says compatible with iOS 11 and android 7.0 and later. But when you download app it requires iOS 12 so updated to latest 12.3.1 and got the app to open but now app says “Warning! iOS version is out of date please update to latest version and come back!” Well that made this $100 learning toy useless out of the box with a disappointed child and dad.
