Stuck on a white screen. App doesn’t seem to open

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, the whole screen is just white and blank

Only see a white screen
When I open the app, the screen goes white and then…nothing. I tried it on WiFi and off, deleting it and re-downloading, same result.

Reset password, still getting error message. Multiple trials
