I’m so sick of the constant issues on their apps
Not worth the expense
Honestly we have had this system for a few years…. For $600 a month it shouldn’t constantly disconnect . It’s soooo frustrating when you have a line of people to check out
CONSTANT Issues, horrible support
This system worked well for about a year. Around the October or November timeframe it started getting glitchy. Payments wouldn’t work right, the iPad wouldn’t link up with the duo or computer. It’s super embarrassing to make clients wait. Then you reach out for support and it takes them 15 minutes or longer to get in touch, all the while you have to keep moving and seeing clients so you never get to connect in a timely manner to fix things. Then they make it seem like it’s YOUR issue. Update the firmware, disconnect everything and re install blah blah blah. Well I am tired of doing that EVERY DAY!! To top it all off, their entire system crashed twice in 2 weeks leaving us stranded unable to check clients out or even access the schedule or write or read notes. PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL and I am going to be cancelling my service and blocking my business credit card, I don’t care if there is a contract (they auto renew you at the end of your contract, very sneaky), if you can’t provide the service I pay for, you don’t get my money.

Constant issues
I have had so many issues with this system since starting it in October. For the cost, this should be the smoothest running program out there but instead I’m currently having to relinquish the iPad to the computer. There are times when payments don’t go through and I have to restart the iPad, making my clients wait to try the payment again. Looking forward to ending this subscription in 9 months when the contract is up. Square never gave me these issues.

Horrible
This app and terminal/POS are the worst I have ever used. If I knew it was this bad, I would have NEVER signed up with boulevard. Everyday is a headache trying to troubleshoot this app and terminal
