The app is working great. It seems to be a little bit sensitive on rapid acceleration. It notifies me of rapid acceleration when getting on the freeway. I adjusted the sensitivity. We’ll see how that goes.

Hit or miss
The device sometimes freezes and even though the vehicle has moved the location stayed the same, and there is no reset option on the app so that’s a problem because you are waiting for it to reset itself, and their recommended fix is to remove the device and reinstall which defeats the purpose.
Great tracker
I’ve had this tracker in my grandparents vehicle for years now and love the peace of mind it brings knowing they are getting around safely and that nothing critical is going wrong with their vehicle. It also helped know when to change out their aging battery when it got colder.
Painfully intermittent
Paid App and device ONLY WORKS SOMETIMES. Constantly disconnected from cell service and gps location is incorrect and there is no way to correct it on a map for rescue purposes. NOT WORTH IT

Awesome features
My college age son had a two hour drive in a car I just purchased for him, the emergency weather feature kept us informed of his whereabouts while he navigated poor weather conditions. We could see him pull up to his dorm safe and sound. The car is too old for the onstar to work so this was a great alternative. Thank you Bouncie for a great product.

Excellent to track teen driver
I can review my son driving habits with this app and discuss them with him. This app tells me if he is speeding, accelerating fast, braking hard, etc. And of course, I know where he is at at all times.

Just updated - now it won’t open.

This is just not reliable, especially when it matters in storms, etc. Rural is hit or miss

I have had this for about 3 years now and love it. My battery was reading low and my new car did not tell me but Bouncie did!!
