App is fine COMPANY IS TERRIBLE
Have been given a notice of non renewal with almost no communication on the fact that this was for no policies ever being reinstated not just “improvements” like they said. Was waiting out because I had a credit for my insurance for TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. And being told they can and will do nothing about this. Laura at “customer support” if you can even call that her title is USELESS in helping with anything other than redirecting the conversation to just get another policy somewhere else. I don’t care about the policy but I care about my two hundred dollars!!!

It’s great when it worked. Now it doesn’t
It does bring up my new policy. It brings up my old policy which is canceled. Does not register my rides anymore
