The business was originally founded in 1952 as a plant nursery by William Edward Elding, the current owner, Paul Elding's Grandfather. From its humble beginnings as a plant nursery, Bourne Valley has flourished to become a complete home and garden shopping centre with 70 years experience in the industry. The on-site Bourne Valley restaurant serves fresh, home-cooked breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, pastries and cakes, whilst the Bourne Valley Farm Shop stocks fresh and seasonal local produce. Renowned for our outstanding professional service and expert advice, we focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and working closely with the local community. We proudly support and work with a range of locally based charities. Open 7 days a week, with plenty of free parking, all our facilities are accessible to the disabled and wheelchairs are available.
