A little rough but good otherwise serviceable
Love their all-in-ones and have been redeeming them for a while now. Noticed there would be an app at some point via the ‘profile completion’ and ‘download the app’ campaigns that got added to the official Rewards page on the website and now here we are.
Essentially, the Boutiq Rewards app acts as an official channel to buy their merch and use your points. As the title says; it serves it purpose, but its not perfect under the hood. Some aspects don’t sync or mark as complete like the aforementioned campaigns which, as of writing, I still haven’t been awarded for downloading the app but have been for my profile completion. The V5 Orb Mirage I scanned through the website showed up in both just fine as well. Other things like the Settings tab just wouldn’t load at all, but things like this get ironed out. It’s just a rewards app and it serves this function much better than the website.
