Thank goodness I didn’t place my order I simple had a question prior to completing my purchase and the chat rep was rude and completely stopped responding! They have items listed as buy one get one free so when I checked my cart there’s only one item there, the reviews on the site are deceiving PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

What I don’t like
This website is very deceitful. They say there is free shipping with a certain amount, however, they adjust the price of each item so the shipping cost becomes part of the price of the item. You can actually see changes in the prices. Moreover, many times, the total is less without coupons than with the coupons. It’s very dishonest and frustrating. One more thing, they do not tell you how many of the item you are interested is left when stock is low so it gets sold out without notice. That has been one of my major frustrations with this site. And the customer service people act like they don’t know what you are talking about and give responses that have nothing to do with your concerns when you bring all of this to their attention. There have been times where I did not receive my packages and they had to resend them but some things went out of stock and I did not get them. For these reasons, I am not a customer any more.

Terrible service took a long time and one day it only appeared that the package had already arrived but they never gave me a tracking number. How is this possible ? All the stores where I have ordered send the tracking number and tell you who will make the delivery. do not buy in this store until now they have not told me what will happen to my money

Return Scam
The item looks nothing like what arrived. They won’t pay for shipping returns. Returning was impossible and they didn’t give me the refund they promised.

I bought a big delivery from Boutiquefeel, exactly 175 dollars! they said that the package is delivered and they’re not going to be responsible for it, no information about the tracking,no communication. It’s the fist time I have this kind of problems with a brand, so please don’t waste your money here!!

If buying xl it is small .The clothing is really nice , but it’s not for plus size ladies. The sizes are not true . And you have to pay to return items. There are other apps the same as this one ,check them very well . This is first time I give bad review for clothing. I’m so disappointed and I waited 21 days to receive them.

Would 100% NOT recommend!
I put my order in on a dress that had “5-star reviews” and paid overnight shipping. That was a month ago and the product is still not here. Within the last month I’ve had attempts at someone trying to make transactions from California (oddly where this company is from) When trying to speak with customer service they refused a refund to where I had to dispute the charges on my card and mark down as fraud. Do NOT trust this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered some thing and after it took me contacting them three times to send it two months later, they left out some of my items and then refused to refund me. I opened up a dispute with my credit card company and they keep telling them they refunded me but they only refunded me for one of the items they did not send and still refused to send it but keep on sending me coupons to use with them is if I’ll ever order from them again.
