I couldn’t get passed log in page! I log in and it just stays on that page. Waste of time. Returning this bow junk tomorrow.

The app & videos are not at all what I expected nor wanted for tutorial .. actually it’s the same with the instructions that come with the kit.

12-2-2020. Tried several times to get into the app, it seems like they want me to give them money before I can use the app.

Needs to be more user friendly
Love learning! More content and more user friendly would be a welcome addition.
Can’t even sign up
Can not even sign up or log in. THEN I get a pop-up asking for VIP membership for $119 a year. I don’t think so. What a waste of time.
Will not open
I bought the Bowdabra mini and the bowdabra hair bow add on, and am trying to get into the app but it literally won't make it past the sign up screen. Very frustrating, and annoying. I uninstalled and reinstalled, allowed notifications, no change. I'll probably return the tools tomorrow since I can't into the app

Must have a vip account to use
You can not just go on the app for basic bow making instructions unless u pay $119. Tried just making an account 6 times and it doesn’t let you. Tried signing up with my email and Facebook. It doesn’t not let you. The app just shuts down when u try to use Facebook.

I have attempted to contact you twice and I have not received a reply. This is the reason for the one star. I do like the Bowdabra but not your inability to respond.
Terrible
I have an account and can log into the website no problem but when I use the same login information on the app it tells me it is incorrect.

Having trouble opening the app but I had a personal phone call from the creator of Bowdabra and she was absolutely amazing and sweet. Assured me she will be getting on the problem and also let me know other ways to access the content! A wonderful business woman who truly appetites her costumers.

Every time I hit on a video tutorial the app closes! Very frustrating.
