This USED to be a good app but they have really let it go. After you delete files, to add more there is a “+” button that doesn’t show until you press “cancel” which of course always makes you wonder if they are undoing what you just did. And even that setup changes weekly. It’s a mess.
Can’t open entire folders in other apps
I’ve had box for years and it has served me well but it’s not allowing a folder to be transferred to other apps, I hope they bring this option into play then I’ll be happy

Thank you for changing the video playback to use the standard controls, they work much better now.
However the new grid design sucks for browsing images: it used to show the whole image and now only shows a cropped version. Please fix that.
Collection management is still awkward, it would be better to swipe through the previews of items in a collection the same as in folders, instead of having to open and close each one separately.

Great app, until there’s a problem. Absolutely no customer technical support.
I’ve used this app for a few years and loved it. I ran out of storage and gladly upgraded to the paid Pro version.
I was then locked out of the app with no access to my work and it was impossible to get hold of any technical advice or services to get back in.
I needed human advice as I had tried everything from the online support.
Awful and a huge waste of £60- avoid at all costs if you don’t want to lose all of your work with no tech support.

Very slow loading of files and folders
They Throttle Uploads and Downloads
My network runs off 500mbps up&down. My other cloud services have no issues with quick uploads and downloads. The box is a poor performer. I would avoid it.
Always crashing, doesn’t always open files, laggy and slow
Major fixes needed. Using the camera that is built in to the app is a nightmare. It lags SO much, takes 5 minutes to take 1 picture and that’s if you’re lucky enough for it to even do that. Now I have resorted to taking photos with my phone and upload them through the app. I don’t like doing this because my camera is full of work pictures, instead of instantly uploading to the file. It used to be better, taking pictures through the app but know it is impossible. It also takes forever to upload pictures to the app. Always issues loading files, currently I can’t open any. App is fully updated and it still doesn’t work correctly. Making box notes are annoying now because to make a checklist you have to click all these different buttons and delete and redo the list. The last version was better for this. I wish they would change it back

Newest version of the app is terrible. You can’t see pictures in a folder fully unless you click on them. Makes my job 10x harder not being able to glance at photos in a thumbnail. Every update seems like it just gets worse.

This used to be a great app
I don’t know what the thought process was on this latest update but undo it. Using on the phone is now harder to move multiple files at once. I hate it all.
“New Look” horrible
The New Look makes it harder to see the full file or folder name. Larger font and icons plus dead space on right leaves no room for the full name. I don’t care if it matches iOS 26, keep the app useful for the user. I’ve used the iPhone Box app from when it was first offered. I love Box, but the app is getting more user unfriendly each update chasing glamor instead of usability. (iPhone 16 Pro)

I’ve had this app for a very long time. It still has my files, photos and voice memos. So far, so good.
Box files don’t appear on visionOS files app
It’s pretty useless if it doesn’t integrate with the visionOS files application
Amazing for use with OpenClaw
Great working with openclaw as file system allows you to share documents via openclaw with 3rd parties in controlled manner.
Box for music files
It would be great to allow the same playback speed settings when using the app that are available when accessing the same files via a web browser.

Can’t move fast through my photos.
Browsing through my Photos moves so slow it gets stuck. Am I doing something wrong?
