Buggy, glitchy & slow
This app is so buggy and unreliable. Just use Google Docs. No matter what device or network I use, it often takes hours to upload a 10-min video from my iPhone. I just got a new phone and hoped the issue would be fixed, but nope, it's still giving me the same problems. Uploads pause without reason or warning, downloads fail more often than they work, and other issues have required me to not just restart the app but actually delete and redownload it entirely. I would never use it if it weren't required for my job.

Zoom doesn’t work anymore
Zoom on photos doesn’t work after last update to 7.4.0 and IOS 26.6.1 fully updated. Sometimes it allows it after I close & reopen app but it’s hit and miss.

こちらiPhoneです。パスワード変更するのにアプリじゃなくてブラウザの方からログインする。まだ分かる、ブラウザから入ろうとすると勝手にアプリに飛ばされる、アプリを消さないとブラウザにログインできない、まぁまだ我慢しよう、ブラウザがiPhoneのサイズに対応してないから画面が切れまくってて見れない、パスワードを変更する時に何か警告出てくるけど画面から切れてて読めない、これだから海外勢のサイトは嫌い。

The app has no feature allowing for documents pending your signature to be collected in one place instead of digging through emails for all of the signature requests, online you can go to a specific inbox for items pending my signature but the app is useless in this regard
Missing single-sign-on
Company calls itself an enterprise leader and serious competitor to Dropbox or Docusign, but is missing a single-sign-on option in the mobile app.
Mobile app is completely useless because there is no workaround for the lack of SSO. Please fix this, nail this basic functionality before focusing on bells and whistles.

App Store banner blocking the screen
Why is there an App Store banner being shown at the bottom of the app, blocking the screen?
AI made a terrible app worse
This app is truly terrible. And they threw AI on it to try to salvage it.
1) too many results that are irrelevant to the prompt
2) filters that don’t work
3) AI both with zero utility riddled with errors and redundancy

Version 7.2 worst layout ever
The folder symbols take up a ton of space. At least offer a small folder view without all that info to the right like date, size, uploaded by etc.
Has some work to do
Didn’t send me a confirmation email when docs where sent for signature, did it give me the option to cancel/void those signature requests so just ended up deleting the the docs which I’m not sure has done anything.

This USED to be a good app but they have really let it go. After you delete files, to add more there is a “+” button that doesn’t show until you press “cancel” which of course always makes you wonder if they are undoing what you just did. And even that setup changes weekly. It’s a mess.
Can’t open entire folders in other apps
I’ve had box for years and it has served me well but it’s not allowing a folder to be transferred to other apps, I hope they bring this option into play then I’ll be happy
Two steps forward, one step back
Thank you for changing the video playback to use the standard controls, they work much better now.
However the new grid design sucks for browsing images: it used to show the whole image and now only shows a cropped version. Please fix that.
Collection management is still awkward, it would be better to swipe through the previews of items in a collection the same as in folders, instead of having to open and close each one separately.
