Impressively Bad

I can’t delete any of my own folders. Y’all are screaming at me every day that my storage is full, but won’t let me delete anything. The app freaks out about a sign-in from a “new device” EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that I login from devices I’ve owned for years. I physically cannot process how badly programmed this website and application are. It’s truly impressive that someone could be this terrible at their job.
