Share link screen broken
Can’t see the text for the share link screen properly on iPhone. Half the options are cut off to the right and left.
Also they removed the “pin to home” option for folders. I upgraded a few weeks ago, I’m paying more and the app is worse.
Don’t pay for the 3TB, you will lose functionality.

If you work with multiple documents you can no longer see the names of your documents and, for instance, scroll through them using THIS app.
The reason is because the screen is SPLIT with a narrow column that lists your documents BUT YOU CAN ONLY SEE A SMALL PORTION OF THE FILE NAMES WHILE THE REST OF THE SCREEN (2/3 in portrait or 5/6 in landscape) IS NOW BLANK.
Before, you used to be able to see your file names across the full width of the screen.
The empty portion of the screen is now reserved for document preview.
This represents a very limited assumption by the developers that you do not need to navigate or read through long lists of multiple documents.
THEY ‘FIXED’ SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT BROKEN.
Ironically, Microsoft constantly push you to upgrade, but that assumes you have large storage requirements, BUT THIS CLOUD SHARING APP IS NOW ONLY USEFUL FOR SMALL NUMBERS OF DOCUMENTS … You cannot make up the stupidity of this change!

Dissatisfied
After years of paying for an account my storage needs changed and I downgraded to a free account. I frequently received unwanted messages on my laptop and texts. This has turned me off toward this app and even if I again needed storage needs I would not choose Dropbox.
Won’t open files without the app
Why do I have to download the app when I just want to open the file on web. I clicked on open in web, open on mobile and it still directs me to download the app…..
Beware
For the longest time, Dropbox never deleted anything of mine. The only time you had to purchase the storage was if you wanted to add more photos and videos. Not to keep your original photos and videos from being deleted. Without my consent, they deleted a lot of of my personal family photos and videos. Stay away from this scam company
