Unable to play Files

For the first time in a decade, I am unable to open and play Files. I have tried to contact Customer

Issue

There is a problem with your program. When I try to send a pdf file from within the program to WhatsApp, it gives an error. The message I get is (Couldn't send message. Try again or open WhatsApp to resend.)

Fantástico

Me gusta, porque es simple

Storage

I like Google Drive better than dropbox. Google Drive gives you 15 GB of free space dropbox only gives you 2 GB of free space! Dropbox even has less space than iCloud! I’m sticking to Google Drive!

Awesome Data Back Up

I have been using Dropbox for years now. Probably more than 5 years. I can truly say that it’s been worth all the subscription fees I’ve paid. It easily backs up my hard drive into the cloud and I can actually access it anywhere, anytime as long as I have an Internet connection. That’s ease and coverage I have never had before. I truly love this product and I hope you get to enjoy what I had when you start using it too.

I retired 8 years ago and used the Dropbox 3 times when a General Contractor hires me to bid and accounting with schooling of there large projects. Got around 3 to bid in September for JB Coxwell and 2 for Hubbard Construction Nov. 2026.

Great

Always clunky

So many people use this app for work and data share and I swear everytime I have to use.
It always crashes and doesn’t do what you think it will.

So useful

I use Dropbox a fair bit and find its storage of files in my case knitting patterns very helpful. It’s linked to my other devices too which really helps

Horrible interface

Great for storing and synchronizing files, but its browsing file experience is very frustrating. The lack of a simple alphabetical folder view makes navigation very difficult and cumbersome process.

Out of space?

I’ve just had a warning that my storage is full. This puzzled me as I haven’t uploaded anything for ages.
There seems to be no way to easily find out how my storage is being used or why it has suddenly been used up.
To deal with the situation I tried to move some folders elsewhere but this isn’t possible. I tried to delete unwanted folders but there is no delete option in the folder’s menu. I have laboriously deleted individual files but I’m still getting the warning about my storage being full.
Dropbox seems designed to make you require more and more storage rather than manage thugs sensibly. That is why I have only given it one star.

Loved a fact I was able to find app where I stored multiple pictures at a time!! Spot on app off all times

Great storage app

This app is great to store downloads, and it's easy to access your downloads by the click of a button I highly recommended

Your photos aren’t safe

They deleted 10 YEARS of photos within no way to recover them. 10 years of life events, memories with loved ones who have passed, my entire college career, everything. GONE. All because I missed ONE email within their constant flood of emails, after years of emails stating that photos would not be deleted due to lack of storage, just no more could be uploaded. They will practically extort you. Choose literally ANY other service. Their customer support is also terrible and there is basically no way to talk to anyone beyond a chatbot or a twitter support agent unless you are paying them an arm and a leg every month. No way to escalate customer service issues.

Request for audio

Love how the app works, however I’ve noticed in the studio that the Dropbox audio player seems to sound ‘different’ than the audio file on its own. May be worth some investigation, is there compression?
