Unreliable app and customer service

I hosted a watch party for my family who were unable to make it in person. It was fine all day until the awards ceremony. It crashed. I was told there were no refunds because it worked most of the day. It’s like watching a movie up to the climax then cutting to the credits. Such a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

Worst camera direction ever

Tried to watch ISSMA Finals. There was no high cam option. Multicam consisted of lingering closeups of random players. Soloists who didn’t move and often weren’t playing. Terrible
