Punch Clock is now Shadow. New name, new logo, same mission: the round timer that talks back. WHAT'S NEW Your coach got smarter. Combos now use the classic number system ("one, two, three body"), adapt to your sport, and rotate between drill modes: repeat the combo at your rhythm, or strike on the coach's calls. Shadow boxing workouts also get a full fight simulation with movement, defense, and counters. We’ve completely refreshed the design. Enjoy a brand new home screen where every workout is represented by a full photo card, alongside a redesigned preset editor featuring full-bleed photos for every workout type. We’ve also added three classic presets: Kickboxing (3x3:00), Shadow Boxing (4x2:00), and Sparring (5x3:00). Finding the best coach voice is easier than ever. Shadow now detects Apple's highest-quality voices and places them at the top of your list (download them in iOS Settings under Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices). Plus, check out 5 new meme sounds for your round bell—your gym will definitely hear about it. Finally, enjoy cleaner settings, a fresh workout complete screen, and new presets that default with end warnings off. As always: the bell keeps ringing with your screen locked, voice control works with your gloves on, and everything runs on your device.
