It’s ok
The app is better than some other coffee shops in the area. The payment process could be better with Apple Pay, PayPal or something similar.
Slow and ineffective
Trying to set up an account and you have to get a verification code emailed to you to complete the set up. It should be an instant email and it’s not. I’m standing here waiting so I can set it up, place the order and pick up my drink in a time of covid and you can’t get the app right? Really?
