New app is terrible

Old items stay in cart and won’t go away, I have to click through to pay by Apple Pay EVERYTIME, the new menu takes so much scrolling, and just put a QR code icon on the app, ‘check in’ took me so long to find when I had to order in store (as the previous cart item wouldn’t delete, go had to go in store!)

Worst app support

This app has the worst support!! After the recent update I lost all my saved gift cards and nobody on the support team is willing to help. They say they will contact within 3 business days but it’s been 2 plus weeks and no response. I lost all my money, please don’t save cards in the app, they will take all your money. Worst customer service from their Thanx partner as well.
