I was going to order a coffee from Gregory’s so I downloaded the app. Apple Pay isn’t an option on the app?? In 2026?! They want you to type in your CC information. So much for ease of ordering. Skipping the whole thing and going to the Starbucks next door

I had one of their iced protein coffees for the first time (after a 53 km bike ride.). And some coco oats. A great way to refuel. Service was great and the quality was amazing.

Payment section is terrible
Just allow for Apple Pay. I can’t enter any credit card information without getting an error. Why are you reinventing the wheel?
Glitches
I downloaded the app because it ordering through safari was terrible. It turns out the app isn’t any better. It also won’t let you checkout using apple unless you create a profile with your apple email address.
Payment System Broken
The app is unusable because the payment system doesn’t work.
Every time I add items and attempt to check out, I receive the message: “We were unable to verify your card. Please contact your bank for more details.” My card works everywhere else and this only happens in the Gregory’s app.
This issue first appeared in January. I reported it to app support at that time, but as of early March the problem still hasn’t been fixed. Based on other reviews, it appears many users are experiencing the same issue.
Until the payment system is repaired, the app can’t actually be used to place orders.

Great Vibe, Needs Apple Pay
It’s 2026, there’s no excuse to not have ApplePay as an option to pay online. Otherwise easy to use app.
