Worst app support
This app has the worst support!! After the recent update I lost all my saved gift cards and nobody on the support team is willing to help. They say they will contact within 3 business days but it’s been 2 plus weeks and no response. I lost all my money, please don’t save cards in the app, they will take all your money. Worst customer service from their Thanx partner as well.

What is the point of the rewards?
I tried to use a free handcrafted drink or free frappe reward on a Cosmic brownie drink, but neither worked. I was given 1,000Gs and I can't spend it? What's the point then? So disappointing.

Summer update is a mess
Cannot order summer drinks (and a few others) with the new app update. Can’t add any rewards either. Can’t make the same customizations I used to
Horrible update
Wow. They actually found a way to make this app even worse. now I’ve gotta click five times before I can place an order. I used to be able to order from the homepage and immediately tap “previous orders.” Now I have to tap five times and drill down to different menus, just to place my previous which used to only take 1 or 2 taps.

Cannot pay in store with new update
The new app update is terrible. The design of it is god-awful and confusing. Add in that they removed basic features like paying in store with the app to get credit. It’s obvious that they are trying to make everything order ahead so they can cut staff. I don’t think I can use this app anymore and that will definitely make me go to Starbucks instead because of the convenience I have now lost.

Rewards
It never lets me use my rewards when I’m ordering online. Not sure if something is glitching but it needs to be fixed. If I can’t use my rewards, then what’s the point of having it?
App always evolving
I live very close to my local Greg’s so I am a frequent customer. Since getting the app ~3 years ago, it has changed a lot, mostly for the better. Leaving this review for the specific new release 50.0.20 on 7/24, as the icons for drinks are now ENORMOUS and it is a bit difficult to navigate and browse the choices. I realize this is a new platform than previously used so it may take some time to iron out the appearance - please try to shrink the menu a little so you can view more than 1 drink on the screen at a time?
