Adds make it unusable
Had no issues with the app until adverts dropped me from seeing my cameras making them absolutely pointless and unusable, do not purchase any of their cameras as you won’t be able to watch them!

Constantly saying offline
The camera itself is great but the app itself has way too many issues. The app will crash over and over again and will disconnect from the camera at random times. I will get notifications out of the blue which tells me it’s working again. Called customer service and it didn’t help whatsoever. Boykeep would be a good choice if not for these issues.

The sad part is this was a really great security system when I purchased it a year ago, but now you guys have way too many ads and the app crashes every five seconds when I go on it it’s sad when these small companies sell out and make The app worse

App was great when I first purchased the cameras, quality and sound were great! A few months in now I can’t open the App without waiting for Ads so then I can check the cameras. Renders them useless in an emergency!!!! We paid for the cameras, don’t slap ads on your App to get even more money. Don’t waste your money and find a camera with an App that doesn’t play Ads for 10 seconds before you can see your camera streams

Continuous issues since last update
I have my camera set on a schedule to turn off and on. Since the last update it’s hit and miss when that schedule works. And as of yesterday, the schedule doesn’t work at all. I’ve reset the camera and deleted schedules and added them again and it still doesn’t work. I’d try to get support n their site but that’s was impossible. Help??

Annoying Ads
Camera itself is pretty good, images/video quality is great. But after few months of using it advertisements starts popping up as soon as I open the app to access the cameras. Cameras are meant to be helpful, unfortunately it can’t be helpful when you every time I want to view my house especially urgent matters is I have to watch useless ads. This ads keeps popping up at all times. Theres no option to turn it off either. Emailed boykeep customer service about it and they suggested to subscribe, I paid for this cameras not to watch ads and it should be my choice if I want to subscribe or not.
I will not recommend this product at all solely because of the ads it is extremely annoying when you want to access your cameras urgently.

The app hardly loads, full of adverts. Cannot properly use it. In case something happens, you need to wait too much until everything loads, because of the advertising.
Not worth it
The camera it self is amazing quality. Sadly everything else is not worth even purchasing. If you do not subscribe to there $300 annual monitoring the camera is worthless. Which is sad as I pay a third of that for my Tapo AND Roku camera and have absolutely no issue other then they indoor cameras that will not pick up properly at night through a window. IF you choose a mo thy service it WILL NOT associate to any camera you own with them and literally there is only and email for customer service that you can contact no phone number and they respond with the same exact cookie cutter response every email you send. Sadly I have yet to get confirmation my expired yet paid for subscription has been refunded or even attempted to be fixed and had to file a complaint with consumer affairs and fraud charges on my card. I would post the screen shot so you had proof looking-through the erroneously planted fake 5 star reviews but it wont-let me. So if you ate on with paying for fake service or being harrassed with ads thecamera quality is great if not dont purchase or return asap.
