Too much Ads
Such a good price for two cameras and quality is great for the price but app puts me off so much because of the amount of ads it shows. What’s the point of having a camera and a notification that there’s a motion detected when you have to go through 3-4 ads before you can even look at the live view? By that time, people would have the chance to run away or done damage.

The app is very unstable. Every time I open it to view my cameras, it crashes after a short period and forces me to reopen it. Please fix this memory/crash issue in the next update!

Great camera - bad app.
Was great until they introduced ads into the app. Open the app an ad starts that you can’t exit out of. Trying to see why my camera is being set off and then blocked by an ad ! Absolutely ridiculous!!! No where to turn them off in the settings either !!

Adds wont leave screen
Cant view covered area anymore because theese adds take up whole screen with no option to click to remove them

Not sure how this app or camera has the reviews it has. The app constantly shuts down. The camera doesn’t connect to the perfect WiFi system. Straight azz. Spend your money elsewhere

Your app is ridiculous! I use the camera to check on the kids and the amount of adds is appalling! There is no x button to close them. By the time the app loads the kids can be in serious trouble. Stupid. Remove them!!!

You pay for a Camera I’ll expect it to work, turns out they have stopped all Services on the camera unless you subscribe to their monthly payments. It’s blackmail don’t buy.!

If I had known these cameras I bought come with annoying adverts when you need to see your camera I would not buy them I regretful decision not happy at all.
Non skippable ads!
Ads are getting worse and worse!…I use the cameras for safety for an elderly relative but when you open the app ads pop up and can’t be skipped. I have just tried 7 times and can’t even find a way passed the ad to open the app and check on my relative?

To many adds crashes all the time
That works, but there are too many commercials and he crashes all the time Marianne Newson bought a camera, but I never thought they the app I will be having so much control over your purchase terrible I wish they were totally separate. I don’t wanna buy a membership. I just wanna buy my camera that works the way I want it with no ads with no crashing be no nuisance it freezes and crash.

Too much annoying advertisements and there’s no way to stop them. Highly disappointing and dissatisfying
Too many ads/annoying password
I honestly thought this was great at first. I wish you could turn off the password setting especially if you have sunglasses on and want to look at the camera quick but it doesn’t work. I know it’s protective but should be an option to turn it off. Secondly the app has way too many ads. This is a security camera and when you get a motion detection and want to see it right away you can’t without an ad first. Very annoying!! Quality is good on the cameras though
