Frustrated
2nd time this has happened just as I needed it most to monitor my cats locked in a room to keep them safe during a removal period. Can’t see a damn thing other than an advert.App locked with an advertisement for a qr scanner. Tried to contact support but the website doesn’t load properly on an iPhone . When autofilled some boxes I couldn’t read to advise them about the issue the submit button would not work

Safety Hazard
it’s absolutely disgusting that there are ads on a home security app. While an intruder is presently trying to harm the family, the cameras won’t help you prepare. Instead, you’ll be forced to watch a “5 second” ad, which is actually a 50 second ad. This is widely unsafe, unethical and corrupt.
Dog camera
This is great to be able to keep an eye on my dogs when I’m out, or if I have a overnight dog sitter I can make sure they are being well looked after, I would definitely recommend this camera

Ads is getting out of hand
Worse each time I use it, now just stuck in ads forever and unable to get out, the app is pretty much useless at this point

Trying to sign in on phone won’t let me so mad
Doesn’t work
Bought this camera for monitoring my kitty but it stop working and when you try to login it keeps coming up with ad and you couldn’t sign in. You clicked the voice button and it takes you to the ad website.
Too much ads
Too much ads oh my gosh. Don’t buy this ..Literally ads shows up every time when I open this app. I can’t even close the app need to wait at least 10sec, then moves to next ad which makes me crazy
Peace of mind
Very satisfied with my boykeep camera I work long hours and I have a pet that I miss so this helps me stay in contact with her whenever I’m at work . It’s really cool gives me the peace of mind I need .

I only wanted to keep track of my pets. It gets the job done. I would recommend for checking on pets.
Constant ad nagging
I paid for hardware, I don’t want a cloud service - app is constantly showing long interactive ads, disregarding mute setting ls and preventing me from looking at camera feed.
At the same time simple features such as change wifi ssid seem incredibly difficult. Not the best experience.

Forces Ad pop-ups
This app forces users to watch unstoppable video advertisements or deal with pop-up overlays to view the live camera feed. It forces you to upgrade to a subscription to remove these ads. Having to wait and watch these ads make this camera unusable for its purpose - to quickly check on your baby or fur baby. I don’t recommend this product.
