Constant ad nagging
I paid for hardware, I donโt want a cloud service - app is constantly showing long interactive ads, disregarding mute setting ls and preventing me from looking at camera feed.
At the same time simple features such as change wifi ssid seem incredibly difficult. Not the best experience.

Forces Ad pop-ups
This app forces users to watch unstoppable video advertisements or deal with pop-up overlays to view the live camera feed. It forces you to upgrade to a subscription to remove these ads. Having to wait and watch these ads make this camera unusable for its purpose - to quickly check on your baby or fur baby. I donโt recommend this product.

I thought it was great until a period finishes and then they hit you with ads all the time non stop. I thought only free stuff was with ads not something you actually pay for. So now youโre stuck with something that has ads all day without getting rid of it. Never again.

Such a good price for two cameras and quality is great for the price but app puts me off so much because of the amount of ads it shows. Whatโs the point of having a camera and a notification that thereโs a motion detected when you have to go through 3-4 ads before you can even look at the live view? By that time, people would have the chance to run away or done damage.

The app is very unstable. Every time I open it to view my cameras, it crashes after a short period and forces me to reopen it. Please fix this memory/crash issue in the next update!

Was great until they introduced ads into the app. Open the app an ad starts that you canโt exit out of. Trying to see why my camera is being set off and then blocked by an ad ! Absolutely ridiculous!!! No where to turn them off in the settings either !!

Adds wont leave screen
Cant view covered area anymore because theese adds take up whole screen with no option to click to remove them

Not sure how this app or camera has the reviews it has. The app constantly shuts down. The camera doesnโt connect to the perfect WiFi system. Straight azz. Spend your money elsewhere

Your app is ridiculous! I use the camera to check on the kids and the amount of adds is appalling! There is no x button to close them. By the time the app loads the kids can be in serious trouble. Stupid. Remove them!!!

Need to ignore all adds because I open for emergency to see the situation of house the add makes longer itโs irritating.

You pay for a Camera Iโll expect it to work, turns out they have stopped all Services on the camera unless you subscribe to their monthly payments. Itโs blackmail donโt buy.!

If I had known these cameras I bought come with annoying adverts when you need to see your camera I would not buy them I regretful decision not happy at all.
