Changing between accounts

I have two accounts and previously was able to easily swap between my accounts. However due to the new update I am no longer able to. I cannot log out of one of my accounts unless I have my partner log me out and vis versa. When I go to log out I have a β€œactivate warranty” pop up and I have tried setting it up for one and the pop up does not go away and when I click β€œnot now” it will not let me log out.
