Changing between accounts
I have two accounts and previously was able to easily swap between my accounts. However due to the new update I am no longer able to. I cannot log out of one of my accounts unless I have my partner log me out and vis versa. When I go to log out I have a “activate warranty” pop up and I have tried setting it up for one and the pop up does not go away and when I click “not now” it will not let me log out.

I find the app confusing and not easy to navigate. The app doesn’t tell me all the time when someone is at my door or in my front garden

not good
prior to this so called update the app worked perfectly. now there is an added step to view live stream and also now when you are in history the only thing you can view is what was recorded whereas before you could view anything that was outside of the motion detection area. why change it?! i’ll be looking for a different app now.

Starts recording too late
I get a notification that someone was at my door but the camera takes too long to start recording and often times I miss it. I can see a photo on and thumbnail in the messages but that’s it
My thoughts on this camera
To me the cam is incredible I think the quality is decent battery life is so long and I think it’s better than ring because you don’t have to pay monthly and this camera has the same amount of quality good work

Video takes forever to load
So you click on history when you’re in live mode and you try to click on alert it just keeps taking forever for the video to load and then when it does, you have to press a button and that that takes forever to load and you never get to see the person that walked by

Compré un timbre que tiene la agregado esta app y es buena. La puedo vincular con mi Alexa y funciona bien, notifica cualquier moviento y me gusta 😄

The Morecam was easy to install and use. Great work.
Terrible quality
The app is terrible, doesn’t let me see any videos. Takes incredibly long to load and then crashes. I have to take out the SD card and plug into my computer to view videos. Makes the app useless
