Doesn’t work
As many others have noted beginning over a decade ago… I can’t log in using the very username and password that log me into my account on a browser. App is useless and I’m just glad I don’t often need to log in.

Just plain doesn’t work. The company isn’t so good either.

App is unusable. You enter the username & password that THEY provide you….doesnt work. Call BPAS Customer service…no help. Don’t waste your time with the app…just use the website….even that is having issues now…(continuous errors where pages don’t even load). The company has gone downhill since starting with them in 2006.

I deleted the app after trying 8 times to log in
Don’t waste your time. This is version 14.0 and still I cannot log in using the same credentials as with my PC.
Same thing as everyone else
Password works on web but doesn’t work on the app and immediately says it’s incorrect which it’s not. I would give 0 stars if I could. Useless app. Go with another company to manage your money, this one just isn’t it.
