This company is a scam
They randomly decided to stop partnering with Flex and Truemed. Now if you want to buy a piece of workout equipment that’s much cheaper than what they offer on their HRA site, you must pay out of pocket and obtain a LMN from your doctor, verses a LMN through one of those two previously authorized companies. Just another hoop to jump through and total overreach of controlling money that isn’t theirs!

I am so happy we were switched to this management group. They are providing great service.
This refund system is terrible
It’s extremely hard to receive a refund even if you have documentation from your doctor. It still gets denied, when you speak different representatives you will get entirely different results. If this is a pay back program using money that’s allocated for retired personnel we should be able to use our money.
