FSA portion is ridiculous
I am constantly uploading documents from reputable medical organizations for doctors visits and still get denials at times. They are exhausting. Making an automated payment on an ongoing medical bill should not require constant monitoring by FSA.

HRA has been made easy with this app
Cannot find way to edit entries.
Not at all apparent how to add supporting documents. After “Save” option there is nothing reachable. Screwy operational logic.

This company is just so difficult to work with they don’t not explain why they deny transactions. It’s such a guessing game sometimes when you use the card, the payments go through and they’re supported with no documentation and other times when you have plenty of documentation, they reject and deny the transaction making you jump through more hoops just to get the transaction approved

Easy & Fast to Use
I especially like that it’s been quick to set up and edit ongoing reimbursement, even with photos of the necessary documentation. Everything is faster on the app than on my laptop.
Predatory
Absolute predatory behavior and shoddy customer support. They keep changing their minds and refuse to reactivate my card after I complete all of the requirements. They then send even more after I do. Why not just send them all in one message??? Especially when you take days to respond.
Great app
I retired last year and ended up with a lot of agencies to keep track of. One of the accounts is my HSA.This app works wonderfully, and there are real people behind the app. Good support and works great.

Talked to 2 different people who helped me today. What a game changer. They were polite and wanted to help instead of stymie you. So glad to welcome them!
Horrible company
Don’t use this company. They operate under a subjective and poor quality control model. They routinely deny medical reimbursement and demand additional documentation beyond a receipt. I’m actively trying to get our company to use another HSA..

The former HRA Viba provider was terrible. We are so happy our employer made the change as difficult as it probably was administratively.

Slow and simple
Slow to process claims and the app in general is very minimal. Can’t add multiple documents. Very little to it all
