What's New in BPCA Registered

3.2.1

August 13, 2026

This release fixes a number of issues with recording and submitting CPD, and makes the app much easier to use with assistive technology. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DIARY If you used the Sync button in an earlier version, some entries may have been marked as sent without actually reaching BPCA. Open your CPD diary and check that everything you expect to see is showing as Published. Anything still showing as a draft can be submitted again from the app. RECORDING CPD • Photos and videos attached as evidence are stored properly and are no longer lost. • The CPD value field no longer opens the photo picker by mistake. • Validation shows every problem at once, beside the field it applies to, instead of one message at a time. SUBMITTING AND SYNCING • Entries you send now genuinely reach BPCA, and the app tells you what happened either way. • If your session expires, you are asked to sign in again rather than left looking at an error. • Signing out works, and correctly clears your details from the device. ACCESSIBILITY • Every button now has a label for VoiceOver and TalkBack. • Text and colour contrast meet WCAG AA, and the app supports text sizes up to 200% without clipping. • Buttons and tap targets are larger and easier to hit, and the bottom bar no longer sits under the home indicator. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • The diary now shows a consistent loading history, rather than briefly appearing empty. • Notification permissions are asked for once, at a sensible point, and turning them on now works. • Clearer messages when you are offline, and a way to try again when something fails.
