Inefficient
Horrible service for an app that’s positioned to help business owners. Collections via credit card payments from customers/clients get processed 7 banking days after the coverage period (one period is always from Sunday to Saturday; so if a customer pays you using a credit card on a Sunday, you will have to wait until Sat — that’s SIX DAYS — for that coverage period to end, BEFORE YOU CAN BEGIN COUNTING 7 BANKING DAYS). What’s more, the crediting of that payment will only be done within 2 to 3 days AFTER the 7 banking days are over. HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESSES. You’re probably better off using other payment platforms.

Paying 100 pesos per month for impractical features
There are no government payments available in the app, can’t pay BIR, can’t pay PagIbig Employer, only Pagibig Voluntary. Disappointing the monthly fee is just robbery. My credit card was linked to this app as well and sometimes the app glitches and doesn’t show the available credit limit, even though in the free BPI app it had no issues.
Another major issue is the bottom navigation bar sometimes does not load when navigating through the app, very inconvenient.
Where are the positive ratings coming from? From BPI or BEAMS employees? Who would pay 100 pesos per month when the app doesn’t have any of the advertised features which MSMEs would actually use?
