Love BPL Transport they are very reliable service
Poor customer service and live times are not actually real. None of their services have Live GPS.
Had to contact customer services twice and both times it’s like dealing with low iq trash with no standards. Live times on app are NOT live in anyway shape or form, they just predicted times.

Awful app. Inaccurate bus times
The amount of times ive gone to a bus stop 30 mins early because the timings on the app are broken is a joke. Even worse when i miss a bus because of this

Love the app now all the buses are colour coded. Brilliant
Not all tickets available
The cheap Sunday tickets for short trips are not available. I have been told by Blackpool Transport to ask the driver and not use this app.

Whenever we come to Blackpool we buy one of the day tickets, such great value and easy to use. The trams are clean, reliable and the staff are so friendly. Blackpool you have your transportation system sorted! Thank you

Blackpool Transport Review.
I give Blackpool Transport a 4/5 stars. This is because i once came out of school ((Hodgson)) and I was walking to the bus stop and the bus came 15 minutes early and me and me friends both missed that bus. It was an inconvenience for us and my friends mum because she had to leave work to pick us both up. But other than that, Blackpool Transport has very decent service and seats and it is usually very clean. Thank you. :)

Flawed system - be warned!
Partner’s phone was low on battery so she screenshotted her QR-coded ticket to send to my phone - as soon as you screenshot it bars you from your account for 12 hours, and the tram conductor started spouting nonsense about how he “couldn’t scan a screenshot as it would automatically charge for a new ticket”.. (yet then went on to try and make us buy a new ticket as he wouldn’t accept the screenshot).
Anyway we did eventually manage to stay on the tram without needing to buy another (£6) ticket, however I feel preventing screenshots is a very retro and outdated way of policing tickets.

Great App
Easy to use. Can do everything from buying tickets to tracking your bus. Highly recommend downloading
Live vehicle positions do not work
This app is good and helps a lot. However, it used to show the current position of the trams so that you could see if there was one approaching. This feature does not seem to work now which is disappointing.
