BPM does one thing: shows your heart rate in very large numbers. OK, that's not exactly true. It does other things:
- Measures your HRV using a 2 min RMSSD measurement
- Shares your live heart rate with someone else (like a trainer)
- Track your heart rate across workout and rest sets.
- Create preset workouts like Norwegian 4x4
- Measure your 2 min Heart Rate Recovery score after a workout
Supports most standard Bluetooth LE monitors.
