Misses taps makes it pointless

Something broke with this app, after all the game stuff was introduced, and it doesn’t reliably record taps anymore. Which is very frustrating when you are tryign to get a quick BPM. And why would you at all make this a game? Deleting, goodbye.

Won’t allow slow tapping

I am a machinist who works on old vertical lathes with big tables. My parts are large and spin at speeds less than 10 RPM. I want to use this app to determine table RPM, but it does not let me tap that slowly. Alas, I cannot repurpose this app to my needs.

Love it.

Love it. I don’t understand why I get scores though 🎧

This app needs more love

This is by far the best BPM counter app I have found. Super straight forward and aesthetically gorgeous. And the game part is fun without being invasive. Awesome app for any musician, dancer or music love 😃

Fixed!

UPDATE: The issues I had have been addressed! Thank you! Five stars!

-----

First, this is the only BPM app (by tap) I've found that calculates BPM to two decimal places. I need accuracy, so that's great. But beyond that, there are puzzling caveats:

1. The app has a bizarre connection with the loathed Game Center. Why does a BPM calculator need Game Center? There's no explanation for this in the App Store, nor in the app itself.

2. After calculating the tempo, you have about two seconds during which time you have to write down the tempo somewhere (or quickly memorize it), because the app automatically resets and STOPS displaying the tempo it found!! This is aggravating.

Developer, please fix these annoyances—and I'll gladly give 5 stars.
