Amazing company! Got out of the Army in 2021 and was beat up pretty bad due to some deployments and some just normal ware and tear on the body and military life. BPN supplements (specifically Hip & Joint) among others, helped my body feel younger again, along with Nick’s daily podcast for motivation. I was unable to work out for about a year due to surgeries and I was sitting at about 190lbs and between 14% and 15% body fat. After the surgeries I got up to 225 pounds and about 23% body fat. I am now happy to say I am back down to 190lbs and shooting for that 15% body fat again (sitting around 18% right now). But BPN supplements has really changed my life with the ability to work out hard and being able to recover quickly and refuel for the next days workout. Love this company! Go one more!

Give rep tracking a purpose
BPN team - absolutely love the hybrid athlete plan. This isn’t the first plan I’ve done that came from your team. Love the blend of bro splits with proper endurance training.
I will give this app 5 stars when there is a purpose behind rep tracking. It doesn’t make sense for me as the user to go through the hassle of logging reps and sets of week over week the app is still going to recommend RPE. Great opportunity to get a leg up on AI integration for the fitness industry ;) Go one more and give every feature of this app a purpose.
