Updated app complete waste
Complete waste of time this updated app. Logged me out and now wont log me back in and keeps saying log in failed. Even tho its the correct log in details
Can’t log in or create account
Won’t let me log in. Says I have an account and if I go to reset password I get a notification saying the account doesn’t exist.
Can’t even create an account with a different email as I get a message saying account exists when it doesnt.
I want to login to the account my membership is associated with.
Took many logins on the bradford city website, one for tickets one for the website and one for membership.
They need to sort this out

Won’t let you sogn in
Whenever you try to sign up it says user already registered so I put in the email and password on the sign in bit and it says wrong passcode or email.
Login a problem
Can’t login. Says I’m already registered so when I login with then details,it says not recognised. Very frustrating
Still the same issues
Same issues still there are over a year. Tells you that you have an account already then that you don’t when you ask for a password reset. Probably a con to try and get your password and email address.
