Updated app complete waste
Complete waste of time this updated app. Logged me out and now wont log me back in and keeps saying log in failed. Even tho its the correct log in details
Can’t log in or create account
Won’t let me log in. Says I have an account and if I go to reset password I get a notification saying the account doesn’t exist.
Can’t even create an account with a different email as I get a message saying account exists when it doesnt.
I want to login to the account my membership is associated with.
Took many logins on the bradford city website, one for tickets one for the website and one for membership.
They need to sort this out

Won’t let you sogn in
Whenever you try to sign up it says user already registered so I put in the email and password on the sign in bit and it says wrong passcode or email.
Login a problem
Can’t login. Says I’m already registered so when I login with then details,it says not recognised. Very frustrating
Still the same issues
Same issues still there are over a year. Tells you that you have an account already then that you don’t when you ask for a password reset. Probably a con to try and get your password and email address.

Disappointed city fan
Asked for an email when signing up for it to tell me it was already used so I tried 3 separate emails and was still having the same problem it telling me the email was already linked to an account
I ended up deleting the app because of this

Cannot login
Update 13 July. New update now has “Forgotten Password “. However, when I use this it says my email address is not a registered user - if I then try to sign up again it says the email address is already registered - still rubbish !

Terrible
Tried to view my season ticket but no option for it. Updated the app and still nothing. Logged out and had to change my password, wouldn’t let me log back in. Deleted and reinstalled, still can’t log in.
Still needs major improvements
I needed to change my password- there was no option to do this. I notice there was a new version (not listed as an available update), got this version and requested a password reset - still waiting for the email 2 hours later (check junk et al).
The support button in the Apple Store takes you to the general Bradford City web site - I can’t find anything there to provide the support I need.
From what I have seen of this App it looks like a simple wrapper for the Bradford City Web Site - not really an app.

Needs major improvements
Gives no option to reset passwords and when you try to create an account it does nothing. Doesn’t give any user feedback to explain why its not doing anything. Unable to access the app because of these issues. Hopefully its fixed soon.

There’s no way that you can reset the password if I were you get it sorted otherwise that you will have Bradford city fans complaining about it

Didn’t scan at the turnstiles. Now won’t let me reset my password. This is a basic function that all apps have. How this has been overlooked Is frankly embarrassing for the developers.
