Cool product. Replacement ribbons are pricy and the app has a delay while typing. Device can not cut directly before or after text. Selecting and keeping font can be an issue as it wants to change too easily.
Very buggy crashes
This app is incredibly buggy it crashes randomly freezes up and when I’m trying to print things, it gives random printer errors occasionally. Very annoying.
Nice value and functionality
Needed a good label maker, happy with the M211. Download the app and make some labels super easy.
Difficult to undo actions
I was pleased at first use and then realized it tries to save every label when I don’t want it to and can’t undo them. I tried downloading the app again and it now says my printer is unavailable. Should make a nice $200 paperweight.

Tried this app before investing in a printer. Features and templates look great but very laggy on my phone, to the point it’s unusable. Brother and Epson apps work smoothly in comparison.

Works as advertised, could use some improvement
The app totally works. It prints labels. However, I think it could use a little UX polish to make it easier to use, and to address some of the slightly annoying quirks of the user experience.
For instance, multi-line labels, there should be a simple way to advance to the next/previous lines instead of having to exit the line editor, and tap the next line. There are other similar things that could use polish.
It seems like this app is not really a fully native iOS app, too. The overall experience feels more like a web app, or an Android app that has been cross-compiled to the iOS platform. For that and the UX issues, I rate it three stars.

The app needs to be fix by listening to its users. The menus don’t make much sense and the amount of labels accidentally printed cause it’s so close to menu options is getting expensive.
Bad Connection
My printer shows up on the app but will not connect no matter what I do. Left me stranded without a working labeler in the field.

Huge rip off
Don’t use Bradley. They have chipped their labels so you can’t use generic versions that cost 1/4 of the $100+ labels they charge you for.
