Finally one place for everything
I used to have three AI tools open at once and I'd forget which one I'd asked what. Now it's all in one window and I just pick whichever model suits what I'm doing. The dictation caught me off guard, honestly — I ramble at it and what comes back is actually usable!

My first look at ClickUp’s Brain Maxx is was great. It is easy to use and gives nearly instant results. The results of my inquiries were easy to read. Loving Brain Maxx so far!

Love it, annoying bug
Devs if you can see this, there is a rendering bug with your app. Sometimes it says “answer” and there is no answer. To fix this, you reload the convo by clicking on a different chat history, then clicking the current history again to see the reply. I’ve also noticed it’s stuck on “reconnecting” , but in reality the response was already generated and not showing up properly

Been waiting for a long time for this
I genuinely liked the app’s UX and UI. I can switch the between the models, and can create a scheduled agents in a single prompt. What I liked about the most for me was the their followup suggestions.
Cannot log in with my ClickUp account
I was excited to try Brain MAX, but I cannot get past the login screen. My ClickUp email and password work correctly in Chrome Incognito and in my regular ClickUp account, but Brain MAX keeps saying the password is incorrect.
I already turned off my VPN, manually typed the login information, deleted and reinstalled the app, and restarted my iPhone. The app also does not provide a clear “Continue with Google” option.
Brain MAX should use the same ClickUp account, so this appears to be an iOS login bug. Please fix the authentication issue and add a proper Google sign-in option. I will update my review once I can log in and use the app.

Everything is now integrated in one place and I have Jarvis my agent who sends me a full detailed report on everything that’s happened.
Game changer for staying on top of work!
I use Brain daily to pull up info across my workspace, draft messages, and get answers without digging through docs. It actually knows my context, which makes it way more useful than a generic AI assistant. Feels like having a sharp coworker in my pocket.

Brain max is so slick, I can use any model on it - no need to lock myself onto open ai or Anthropic and connects all my apps information!!
The Best AI App For My Workspace
BrainMAX is great for when I want access to my workspace without having to pull out my computer and log in. I can use talk to text - which saves me 4x the amount of time not having to type. I have all of my apps connected to BrainMax, giving me one single source of truth. I am also able to switch between Claude, GPT, Gemini, and ClickUp Brain in the middle of tasks! There are many other features but those are just a few of what I love. I could never go back to the way I used to manually do things!
