Money grab
This app was incredibly easy to sign up for but very challenging to cancel. Most of the “games” were of little use and often had glitches.
I had tried to cancel my subscription and I believed that I had, however, since I signed up through their website it did not show up under my subscriptions. I did not receive an email when I would be charged and only realized I was being charged $60/month because I saw it on my credit card statement.
I reached out to the company very disgruntled about paying $240 for an app that did not work and I did not use, and their response was basically tough luck.

Scam alert
Red code for this app. Without any prompt response to the request. Once you only mistakenly clicked Apple Pay the product in which not really like what’s offered in the advertising. They’ve determined to scammed you as proof of internet servers policy. This app is supposed to get police deployed and investigate out of all many review of fraudulent. Such wicked.

Scam
This app says it was free and charged me $49 dollars twice in one month. Do not purchase this app, or download it at all. My bank actually denied my charged back and my apple account has no charge only free it but it came out of my bank account so I’m out of $100 I wish I can give it 0 stars
Buyer Beware of Money Grab!
After reading favorable reviews, I decided to try the app but it wasn’t for me. After the free trial period, I was charged $49.99. Tried to get a refund, but like others, found it difficult to navigate the multiple steps to cancel the subscription. By that time 2 days passed and I was denied a refund. Just another app seeking to grab money.

This company is fraudulent, makes it nearly impossible to cancel and does not follow their own policies. Just another company out to steal your money 49.99 at a time.

Also had the same issue as other user. Unable to cancel and paid through website (Not apple). $50 per month is a scam. And it’s not easy to cancel on the app.
Roach trap
Presents as free on Apple Store, but I got charged $72 dollars subscription for one month! The developer circumvents app store and charges directly. There is no way to unsubscribe! Stay away!
SCAM do not even download app
This is and has been an awful experience. They charged me $49.99 and have not refunded me. I never subscribed. They give directions how to cancel or get a refund, neither work. Also it’s not even listed in my subscriptions on my phone. TOTAL SCAM BEWARE
Brainbloom is a scam
The deceitful way they led me to their web page to get a free trial is disgraceful. When you go to cancel you can’t find them easily and forget. This is what BRAINBLOOM scammers depend on. But if you do manage to cancel they will do their upmost to get you back in by offering you what you paid for at the tiniest amount. I GOT onto BRAINBLOOM vulnerable state, just diagnosed with cancer and on chemotherapy and was very ill at the time. They refused a refund to me but I haven’t finished with them yet. 0 out of 10 from me. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade at all. I paid with PAYPAL, so glad I didn’t pay with a credit card.

Word finder problem
The word finder function has glitches. The color disappears sometimes & I need to try to trick it into staying. The other games are quick, but this one goes on & on, can’t leave it & go to the next game.

This is NOT the reviewed science. It is a cheater company that takes advantage of people and charges a lot of money. They should not be allowed on the Apple platform
A Scam - Do not install
As many other reviewers have said, this app charges an exorbitant amount monthly for “in-app purchases” that you have not approved—and they provide no easy way to Cancel and no refunds. What they are incorrectly calling “in-app purchases” is really an automatic monthly subscription fee.
Review
The spelling/find word game doesn’t work at all! You can highlight the word till the cows come home but it won’t “stick”. It’s too frustrating.
Glitchy
The games are fine. The design doesn’t fit completely on screen so I can’t play some of them. Or I have to continually tap the screen to make a move which affects timed games.
Unauthorized charge
I have been charged $49.99 despite the trial being cancelled. The company will continue to charge my card despite cancelling the subscription in 2025. They do not respond to emails. This is a scam.
Don’t purchase
I have to sign up for a BrainBloom. I tried to cancel my subscription however, the directions they provided did not allow me to Cancel it after trying multiple times over the last couple of weeks and then emailed support asking if they could cancel it because I have been charged $50 for a monthly subscription which is outrageous and they canceled the subscription but said they couldn’t refund scam and a rip off I do not recommend
