How does this app have 4.2 star ranking???!!!!!!!! Disappointed
I subscribed to use this app after the free trial or whatever cheap amount is offered at the start using my credit card with an account I barely use or check until recently during a loan application, the bank queried the recurring Brainbloom payment which I had no idea what it was because I last came across them a year ago when I subscribed and never used it as I thought it was useless, but guess what I have been getting charged over $AUD70 and $AUD20 alternating for the last 12 months and had no idea. Sent evidence of my nabk statement, my email history with them to prove I never used their app, and requested for some kind of refund at-least but of course, ‘WE DO NOT offer REFUNDS’!!!!! So disappointed!!!! Never again, please be warned!!!

Scam
This app makes it impossible to cancel. They will respond to this review saying that all I need to do is go to subscriptions in my phone and cancel it there. This is inaccurate. The app is insanely expensive and I cannot figure out how to cancel now, going on over half a year. F these guys.
Over price
This app is extremely overpriced and the only way to cancel is to go to the website. Absolutely a scam, the best puzzles only have a few levels and then you are locked out. The rest are useless. And they bump the price to $70 on auto renewal. Avoid a headache and pass on this app
DO NOT PURCHASE
DO NOT PURCHASE. they’ve scammed hundreds of dollars from me and others and are not allowing me to cancel the subscription.
Money grab
This app was incredibly easy to sign up for but very challenging to cancel. Most of the “games” were of little use and often had glitches.
I had tried to cancel my subscription and I believed that I had, however, since I signed up through their website it did not show up under my subscriptions. I did not receive an email when I would be charged and only realized I was being charged $60/month because I saw it on my credit card statement.
I reached out to the company very disgruntled about paying $240 for an app that did not work and I did not use, and their response was basically tough luck.
