Issues with app
The message center lags horribly and most times it circles until it times out. Also, it moves so slowly that it’s hard to grab new sessions.

I have been having my kids use this so they can get a better grade in math, and I’m telling you that this app is horrible!!!

Overall amazing except for one thing
All the applications work amazing but I’m struggling to use the
“My past session” it never shows me them and is blank if they do show up. Please contact me if anyone was able to fix that :(

This app is so helpful I love it! However all of my tutors are so slow. If I’m on a time crunch, I can’t be waiting on a tutor to answer my question. I love the help but the tutors have to be faster
Best Tutoring App Ever, but Could be Better
I was having a very tough time with Elementary Statistics until my professor recommended this app to me in a zoom meeting…it’s completely free if my University subscribed to it, which it did! This app is very very useful because it has online tutors that explain the steps step-by-step and it is accessible 24 seven, so I can access this 3 AM in the morning. The only thing I would change about it, they give you a max of 16 hours per month, which resets on the first of every month, after that, you can keep asking for six more hours “at a time.” I have no idea what the limit is, but I used up my 16 hours and I was able to get up to 70 hours before my time was cut off. They are very generous with giving hours, but it would be helpful if I got at least 20 more hours, if they did give that much, then I would’ve at least passed with 90. Also, the amount of time it takes for one tutor to answer a question is very long, my homework assignments range from 7 to 18 problems per assignment, and the tutors only helped me out with 4 or 4 in a single 2 hour session which is very disappointing. I would at least like to get through one homework assignment per session. Once you guys fix this problem, then I will gladly give it 5 stars.

Brainfuse user since middle school
I've been using Brainfuse since I was in 6th grade. As of April 27, 2022, I just turned 19 and I'm almost done with my 1st year of college. So basically I've been using it for 7 years. It's been reliable then and it's reliable now. I do wish the hours were earlier than 12 pm but I understand since people are in class. I strictly use this service for math since its the only subject that I struggle with. I have preferred tutors and sometimes they don't get the correct answer but that's okay cause a lot of the time there's an error in the original problem. It's a great service to have in handy. This is the only thing that kept my grade above a C. I love it. The app sometimes crashes but I usually just force close the app and then it saves where I was and goes smoothly.

Rude Tutors
Tutors are constantly changing the rules when they don’t want to help you and claim it’s against their “policy” when other tutors say otherwise. Will never be using this app again!!!

Not useful.
I downloaded the app for help explaining how to solve a math problem. Apparently, there is a white board that does not show up when using your phone. On a phone, the live tutor screen is just a text messaging screen. No whiteboard. So anything the tutor writes on their whiteboard does not show in the phone messaging screen. The tutor was also not helpful. I had to retype my question multiple times only for them to explain the part I said I had. They never did answer what I repeatedly said I needed help with. I deleted the app. Maybe it is better on a computer, but my one and only experience was unpleasant.

good app but
i really love the app and how it gives you live tutoring but it’s super laggy. like when im texting my tutor on my phone i can’t see the message box,only the keyboard which makes it’s extremely hard and frustrating to see what your typing.
Great app with problems
This app has been very helpful, but recently the home screen is completely blank. These means I can’t go back and watch my previous sessions with tutors. Once this bug is fixed, I would gladly give it 5 stars.

Brain fuse has fantastic online tutors that helped me to understand the solutions to my math and chemistry problems (grade 11 or sophomore is tough!). It’s nice because it doesn’t require face to face interaction which ensures privacy and also brainfuse tutors are accessible from 8:00am-12:00am! Only weekdays I believe... Anyways, this website helped me a lot! Now I’m downloading the app because I loved it so much!

I got this tutoring through my local library so it’s free for me! I find this app really good for any grade level. The tutors also seem to be well experienced and trained. I am impressed Brainfuse!!! 😊

Great tutoring
I was searching for a good tutoring app, but they are all too expensive. I found out that this one is free for my public library, I'm not sure how much it is without that, but for being free it's pretty amazing! The tutors are super nice and patient too! The only complaint I have is that I can't access the board from the app, but that's pretty minor and I usually don't use it that much anyway.
