The whole UI is so old, please update the look and how slow everything is and laggy. Make it feel like an actual app instead of a website

Freezes and crashes constantly
I have been trying to access the app for months now and it still continues to crash and freeze. I can’t even get to the home page. This makes it hard, especially since I rely on the app to access my school schedules and grades.
