Amazing!!!
I am apart of book clubs and read books on my own so using this app has been amazing. I have put so many on this app because of how easy it is to find a book or have it shipped to your preferred library. I also like how you can request a hold of a book and it tells you your place in the queue. This is such an underrated resource in dade county

Search doesn’t load
I’ve had this app for a while but it’s useless. Every time I try to search something, it never loads. Neither on cellular data or WiFi. It really needs an update
accessibility
GREAT app love using it, but they dont have a version for android or samsung users.
so slow
omg you guys really need to update this app, it’s so slow and anytime i search for a title it just keeps loading and loading forever and never actually loads. apart from that it never tells me when my books are ready for pick up, and i never get the emails either. MAKE IT BETTER.
