App won’t open
It says “Loading”. Then “error in network”. I have 4 bars up, 5G and my WiFi is working fine. Fix the app!!!!!

I purchased Brain Tap headphones- the app had to chang over 3 times- 6 months later - being told o will need a $30 a month subscription after I paid over $500 for the headphones- this was NOT mentioned when I bought headphones- free and bundles were great - I thought this was. perfect - but being forced to pay in order to use a product is greed and against the law - Bait and Switch is not legal - where is the fine print where it says / at point you will be forced to have subscription if you want to use your $550 device ???????? Greed pure and simple - please do not act like you are trying to help anyone- how sad - can’t even use as headphones- would anyone like to but mine at a discount ? Used very little - very little

Imposible to set up an account!! Finally gave up and deleted.
Definitely a MUST have!
I have a high stress occupation with more up’s and down’s than most roller coaster. Using BrainTap is the best way I have found to open the stress drain and just let it all go. Plus the Sales Training modules are a definite plus for me.
Account Disappeared
My mother purchased the program less than a year ago. Her account has suddenly disappeared and she is unable to log in. She spent $500 on a headset she can no longer use! Something needs to be done...
This app is a game changer!!
I love this app! I use this daily to help me with sleep! I went from sleeping 3-4 hours per night to 7-8 hours- all thanks to this app and the new BrainTap Pro app!
Brilliant product
I’ve been using the BrainTap headset with the 22 minute recordings and it has been a game changer for me. This really gets deep into your subconscious and helps you cure old bad habits and relax, live like you’re meant to live. There are hundreds of programs to listen to, it’s such a bargain at $30/month. This is SO well done. Thank you Dr. Patrick Porter. Also, the bugs people talked about in the reviews from a few years ago have been fixed. I have not had any problems at all with the technology.

Run Away...do not use this
I became extremely dizzy and nauseous after doing the relaxation session just one time. I continue to get dizzy when moving my head too fast - I used to play sports and have always been steady with movement prior.
Second. Customer service is very rigid. I paid for the 30 day trial and didn’t cancel, but used the service that one time which I am sure they can see. When I noticed I was billed for another month, I called the company. The service rep cancelled my subscription, but would not refund any charges.

So good I cried
There’s nothing that you can do that exercises the brain like this. Under a huge amount of stress, my session was able to release piles of it, and my body responded with tears. Good tears. Release. Unusual, probably, but for me...it was incredible. I’m going to keep tapping. Your brain? You should tap that.

My favorite app. It makes meditating so much easier. AM Motivation and Enchanted Forest for Stress Reduction are my favorite sessions.
Amazing program

I can't use the app!!!! It blacks out on all of my devices! The $500 headset is no good to me if I can't use the expensive app!!! It's so frustrating!!!

The content is great but the app keeps crashing and I keep losing one of my viewings per truck per device each day. You need to fix the app this is crazy I will not continue my subscription
Helped when I lost my sister
I was struggling with my sister's death. It was a very challenging time. Listening to these sessions helped me put it all in perspective and made it so I now remember the happy times with my sister. The app may be a little quirky occasionally, but it's invaluable to me.

I use to have stress levels so high my hair was falling out. I was introduced to the BrainTap and after the first stress reduction session I noticed a HUGE difference. I now listen to the on demand library at least 3 times a week. I can now say my stress levels are almost nonexistent. I am happy to also report that my hair is staying on the top of my head. I highly recommend the BrainTap to all!!

Helped me sleep
Thanks for providing this app to go along with my membership. This allows me to use it on an airplane as well as at home.
In theory quite elegant however not in practice
This has quite a few bugs and I find it frustrating. I travel and plan in advance and download the session to listen to in airplane mode very intentionally yet when I am ready to listen it has disappeared "no record found". When I go back off airplane mode sometimes it reappears. This happens with episodes I have bought with credit which is particularly confusing. My recommendation would be to download with credit and not purchase with credit so you can play it as an audio file outside the app rather than be tied to using the app. I have emailed for support but they have no explanation although they are nice. It also appears that the tracker that limits you to 3 sessions per day with the streaming subscription counts downloads even if you do not play (so as you browse possible sessions for interest, it occasionally decrements as if you had streamed the episode). The content is fantastic but avoid the app if you can. I just keep feeling cheated and disappointed.
