About

BrainWatch – EEG Focus Tracker BrainWatch turns your NeuroSky MindWave Mobile 2 headset into a real-time window into your mind. See your brainwave activity live, track your mental states over timed sessions, and build a deeper understanding of how your brain responds to focus, relaxation, and stress. See Your Brain in Real Time Watch Alpha, Beta, and Gamma brainwave activity update live as you work, meditate, or rest. The visual bar chart makes it immediately clear whether your brain is in a focused, alert state or drifting toward calm and relaxation. Timed Session Tracking Set a 1, 3, 5, or 10 minute session and let BrainWatch measure which mental state dominates your time. When the session ends, you get a clear breakdown — how much of your time was spent in Alpha (relaxed), Beta (focused), or Gamma (peak cognition). Session Journal with Notes Save completed sessions with a personal note. Review your history over time to discover patterns — which conditions help you focus, which activities bring you calm, and how your mental states change day to day. Built-in Brainwave Guide Not sure what Alpha or Gamma means? BrainWatch includes a plain-English guide to each brainwave band, what mental state it reflects, and simple exercises to shift your brain into a different state. What You Need BrainWatch requires a NeuroSky MindWave Mobile 2 EEG headset (sold separately). The headset connects via Bluetooth — no pairing through iOS Settings required. --- KEY FEATURES • Live Alpha, Beta, and Gamma brainwave visualization • Timed sessions with dominant band percentage tracking • Session history with personal notes • Brainwave guide with tips and mental state reference • Clean, low-distraction dark interface • Connects automatically to MindWave Mobile 2 BrainWatch is designed for personal awareness and self-exploration.
