Powerful for treating anxiety
I came across this by chance but am so glad I did. I suffer with high functioning anxiety which is still very debilitating. I’ve been using mindful techniques for some time but the alpha playlist on the app can reduce high feeling of anxiety to calm in just a few minutes. It’s like anything else I have tried. It’s also great to play when sleeping or just for some calming background music. Not sure how much it is promoted, suggest company invests in more marketing as I think this could benefit a lot more people.

Impossible to cancel
I signed up for it to try to help with anxiety and see if it would work. I found it to induce more anxiety, but kept it going for 3 months. It’s essentially the same sound you listen to everyday for months on end with subliminal changes that are supposed to be good for your brain. I kept feeling that it’s wasn’t a good experience, so I decided to cancel. You have to call to cancel, which is always an annoying tactic which serves the company and not the customer. After calling and canceling, I still got charged and need to call again. Maybe this system works for some, but I do not recommend this service for everyone, or for most.
Update: After I “canceled”, it’s still been charging me for the last 4 months. I’m not sure if it’s an intentional scam, or they are just extremely disorganized and unprofessional.

Terrible
These developers are full of themselves. They give you brief access and then cut you off from supposedly free app. Supposedly you have to get a membership somewhere but even that’s confusing. Too many good apps out there to waste time with this one.
